- A correction. A step that no longer matches cPanel, a command that did not work, or anything that is unclear. Tell us which guide and what you saw.
- A question about a guide. We read every message and answer where we can. We cannot sign in to or fix accounts at other hosting companies; for those, your host's support team is the right place.
- A topic you would like covered. Suggestions decide what we write next.

When you write
Please never send passwords, API keys or full database exports by email. If we need to see an error, a screenshot of the message and the address it happened at is enough.
